These Terms govern use of crashio.eu, operated by Crashio s.r.o., Slovakia. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and providing accurate information.

Sellers are responsible for accuracy. All listings must describe real vehicles with truthful damage information and photos. We may remove violating listings.

Crashio.eu is a marketplace. All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly. We do not guarantee vehicle quality or condition.

Basic usage is free. Premium features and subscriptions are subject to fees on our pricing page. Payments processed through Stripe.

Users must not post fraudulent listings, misrepresent conditions, use the platform illegally, harass others, or circumvent our systems.

Crashio.eu is not liable for damages arising from user transactions, listing inaccuracy, or technical issues, to the extent permitted by law.

Governed by Slovak Republic laws. Disputes resolved in Bratislava courts.
